Selection Process
- Phase 1 Written Exam: 100 MCQ (GK/Reasoning 40, Aptitude 30, Science/Math 30), 2 hours
- Phase 1 Technical Exam: 100 MCQ, 2 hours (graduation-level for ASI, diploma-level for HC)
- Phase 2 Physical Fitness: 800m run, 40 marks, minimum 20% qualifying
- Phase 2 Technical Practical: 100 marks, minimum 30% qualifying
